We are currently recruiting for an B2B Outbound Telesales Executive for a temp-to-perm role in our clients office based in Blantyre.
They are now looking to add someone to their newly incorporated Outbound Telesales team, someone with a detailed and successful employment history in a similar role, who has a real drive for sales and experience in building new business. You will be responsible for seeking new business, promoting the full range of company products and building relationships with all clients, and driving the business forward through your sales performance.
The role will most likely start on a temporary basis , where the employer would be looking for you to work hard from the off and prove yourself in order to be offered a permanent contract with the company. During your temporary basis, you would probably receive an hourly rate of between £6.50 - £7.50 per hour ( to be confirmed) , and if you were to gain a permanent contract with them, they can pay up to £15,000 basic salary depending on how you`ve done during your probationary period. As this is a sales role, commission will also be included depending on your sales performance against targets.
This sales role is 100% office and telephone, and the hours of work are business hours , Monday to Friday.
**The main criteria for this role**
You MUST have good steady experience in telesales. Minimum 2 years preferred, with this being in your current or most previous position.
You MUST have a steady employment history and career path in telesales.
You MUST be looking for a role that is 100% office and telephone based.
You MUST have great enthusiasm for sales with a fantastic telephone manner. This is absolutely imperative to your application from Stage 1.
You MUST be target driven, sales motivated and hungry to succeed.
